So if I was ready to order the Royal Palm Turkey eggs, what would I do?

I would have mixed chicken or mixed duck eggs to offer. Thanks so much for your help.

It would make sense to me though

the person who started the chain hasn't been on in a long while and it would be up to KYTINPUSHER.

8+ Hen's choice of the above
4+ Royal Palm Turkey eggs, with the caveat that it may be getting to the end of the season and they could stop laying anytime. They were still laying yesterday.

I hope it is just being busy. I've only had 1 attack this year and it got 3 chicks, 1 male guinea, and tore another guinea up, and ran one hen off for 4 days. That was enough to lose.

Wish I had some pure large fowl right now...

2nd choice would be the 6+ French Black Copper Marans

6+ White Plymouth Rock eggs
6+ Plymouth Rock eggs (white / partridge cross) the birds are coming out blue barred or blue partridge colors

You have to have purebred eggs to offer in order to swap on this chain. I do offer my turkey eggs on the auction chains now and then, though.

Ok, I'll ask again next summer. LOL I hope to have purebred Salmon Favorolle and purebred Crested Polish eggs then. Until then I will try to keep an eye out here and try to understand how it works. Thank you very much! Sylvia

It works like a chain. It started with someone offering eggs. Anyone can claim the eggs but then have to offer eggs for someone else to claim. Somebody claims your eggs and makes an offer themselves for someone else to claim. And the chain continues. You can only claim something from the current offer and there are rules as to what eggs can be used as an offer. The person sending the eggs that you claimed pays to ship them to you and you pay to ship out the eggs you offered once someone claims them. Hope this helps
