Ok thank you that will help, this Ryan auction is a closer I would like to know about it. Whom do you think might know about it?

Thanks
Chick

I don't particularly remember hearing anything about the Ryan auction other than the fact it was starting up. But, the thread I mentioned in the quoted post would still be a good place to ask:

Thanks Grace I got the number off ur post earlier and called, seemed to be a nice guy. He said usaully over 100 animals (but getting bigger), according to him good sale (of course), but I was kinda hoping to get some feedback before heading that way. He said the crowd has picked up so he is having one every month now (won't have one in December cause its the 25th), there on the 4th saturday of month. October 23rd being his next one, at 5P.M. for poultry, he also sells rabbits, and other small animals. Said he has Texas and Oklahoma buyers. He seemed to be on right track gave me his website, I also looked at it. I think I am going to try it out. If interested his website is http://www.hellomsauctions.com.

Grace I just wanted to give you a line to let you know since I had talked to you last about the Ryan Ok. auction; I checked them out this past weekend. The weather was a little bad, so it seemed that the crowd was low, however, still seemed to be decent sale. Even with the weather the crowd was buying and the animals were plenty. I spoke with a guy there that said that this sale was a little smaller than last month, and that the animals were bringing less this month, but I thought it was a fair sale. I bought some 2 month old guineas for $4 and the man said that they were bringing $6 for 2 to 3 month olds and $8 for 4 to 5 month olds last month (glad to get mine this month). They also seemed eager to help. The auctioneer seemed to be a nice guy, he came up and spoke to us after the sale, as a friendly gesture to the new guys, I guess; of course he spoke to most everyone that night. I was happy enough, to check it out again next month, they anounced these to be every fourth Saturday of the Month except December because of Christmas.

Thanks
Chick

What days on the weekend is the Afton auction? Do you know what time they have it?
