The Newest Rescue... *Momma & Babies PICS*

This lovely thing is Layla(newly re-named from "SheBites"). Layla came from a Disgusing, terrible home along with 9 puppies. She has been starved, beat and ignored...yet she is still one of the sweetest dogs i have ever rescued. She also does amazing with all the other dogs & farm critters..just a total sweetie pie. A huge Luv & total bum of a dog

. She is also very smart & already knows her new name, how to "Sit" and does amazing on the leash!

She will be with us for a few weeks until the pups are all ready & UTD, and then she will find a home also. Layla's daddy was a Heller/Lab mix, unsure of the momma(possibly a hound mix we think).

She's beautful. Boy the look in her eyes in that first picture speaks volumes. I hope she winds up in a wonderful home. I sure wish I could take her! What do her pup look like?

I so admire people like you who have the ability to rescue. You are an angel

She's really settled in well. She's been taking care of the birds with me all morning and is SO good, she stays right by my side, doesnt really bother them & even let one of the big drakes poke at her fur

She did happen to meet the electric fence when we went down to the creek though

The puppies are stinking ADORABLE! all different colors

...they seemed to be healthy but also needed mroe dog food since theyre getting older. I will get pics up ASAP. Layla is gonna be getting a bath today with the other dogs and hopefully that will get rid of a lot of that hair that's fallen out from not eating right.

OHHHHHH MYYYYYYYY I am so glad you don't live within driving distance of me....You would have at least 2 fewer puppies to have to find homes for.
