The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

When I was working as a nurse in a state prison, there was an inmate that we called Chilly Willie...YOU don't want to know why!

Good morning, Sue.

Good morning, Bob.

Good morning, again, Mad. I went back to sleep too. I guess we are adopting Debby's bad habits!🤣

Good morning, Debby🐌

Good morning, Sour. Hopefully your weather will be like ours.. winter for two or three hours, spring for the rest of the day.

I want to do that! Not here, at home though.
:lau its Debby's fault.
You did this :eek:amazing :hugs
Good evening Marie šŸ’œ I want to make more but I'm out of bleach.

Good morning, everyone! Playing catch-up here, as usual.

@bruceha2000 , Kendra certainly is a big girl now! She’ll be 11 in September. She still wears the shirt….now it actually fits as a shirt. It’s a little faded and worn around the hem, but it’s hers and she loves it!

@Madhouse Pullet , Thanks! I like that quilt, but certainly not enough to ever do another one like it! <shudder>

Saving coins pays off. We had a big plastic water jug that we started tossing loose change in. The other day when we dropped Tam off after we went to Cody, we ran in and grabbed the few things we still had left at her house - my guitars and mandolin, jewelry box, and jug of coins. Those were things we certainly didn’t want in the storage units. Ken stopped at the bank and got a bunch of coin wrappers, and the next day we got to work. We ran out of quarter wrappers so when we went to Walmart yesterday we picked up more and got the last ones wrapped. The result? $764.50. The orphan coins went back into the jug as ā€œseed moneyā€. Wow! Just wow!! Tomorrow we’re taking them to the bank and depositing them in our account. The box is so heavy we have to use Ken’s briefcase cart to move it!
