DH is on a work trip in Houston, Texas until Sunday. He called this morning to tell me how miserable it feels there, and the A/C doesn't work in the forklifts hope he survives

Hi Janie!
It’s only 1 guy and yes. He had his brother in law help one day and it must have been too much for him as he hasn’t been back. It takes awhile to get all the old shingles off. Hubby helped for a couple hours the other day. I think the guys brother is coming next week to help with the shingling of the garage that is not attached to the house.

No metal roof, too expensive. Old shingles off…new ones on.

Well, it's a cool 89, cloudy with spoty showers around the area. I'm sure it won't rain on my spotty.

I got a new mug yesterday. I’m not sure how it got into my cart as I have no need for another mug

New mugs have nothing to do with "need" (especially when I have too many already).



Funny, I was so intent on checking for rough areas on the rim and handle, I missed the big bump on the front of the mug until I got home and washed it.

They are beautiful cats!
I put my 3 cats outside a year ago. They were outside alot so it wasn’t such a shock to them.I miss them inside terribly. I do not miss the hair. My men most definitely don’t miss the hair.

The hair is a lot but it just goes with the territory. Mine are indoors only.
