I'm taking my oldest shopping tonight for a couple of nice shirts, and shoes. There's a school dance tomorrow night but, he says he's not going because "There's too many people." He's never been shy until recently!

He must have noticed "that" girl. Or maybe he has an unwelcome admirer?

There are several good electrolyte mixes. My husband likes Dr. Burg's. I like the Ultima individual packets because they are so easy to use when you are in a hurry or out of the house.

It's good. No bad aftertaste. The orange and raspberry are my favorites, but you can get a variety package too.

I used to buy it from Thrive, but their prices went way up. Now I buy it from Amazon.

Thanks Janie, I keep pedialyte on hand in the packets for hubs since he works outside often but this looks to be cheaper in the long run. I’ll add it to my next Amazon order so he can try them. I’m currently on a restricted sodium diet. The thought behind that is that it’ll keep me from having extra liquid in my ear, thereby preventing vertigo.
