I've used apple cider vinegar to get skunk smell off my dogs before. It worked fairly good. And I've boiled it on the stove to help get the smell out of the house. It doesn't work quite as good as the stuff I get from my vet, but it definitely helped. White vinegar worked too, but acv smells better.

I would much rather smell vinegar than skunk. I do have ACV It sprayed my recyclable cans, my bucket of dog food, the dog. It’s not a direct spray but in it’s path. I can at least hose that down.

I've heard of people using mustard to get skunk scent off dogs...I've never had to use it on a dog so no 1st hand experience with it.

Interesting! She’s just going to have to stink. I am not giving her a bath. If you come at her with any kind of spray bottle, she runs. I bought something for flies and she won’t let me spray it on her.

It sure can be. I haven’t felt very well the last couple days so it only got done because it had to.

That actually helps to do, even when we don't feel up to it. We can lay down at night and think..I got this, that or another thing done! Feels good.

Good afternoon to all.. Thanks N F C..doing OK so far. Went grocery shopping. Didn't need much. I've watered. Bought another straight yellow zuchinni to make sure I have one. Not sure which one is making it out there. No..didn't Mark them. So..it's Monday! Oh well! Have a good rest of the day!

Sadly I have too much experience with skunks and dogs.
