I'm retired from police but picked up a gig transcribing federal immigration hearings. I tell them how much audio I want per day, then download it, type it up, and upload it. It's great as I can do it in my pajamas if I want.

I am on break

Today is the day the fence company (just one guy actually) is supposed to show up. Two months later than when he said he would build it, but according to the phone call last week, this is definitely the day.

We shall see.

We have a guy coming from a window company today. In the spring storms of 2022 we had a couple windows blasted by granite/gravel. Our insurance company said to have someone come out and check them out. They were missed when the inspectors came out. I’m hoping they get replaced as they are very pitted. You wash the windows and they still look dirty…not to mention it snags my squeegee sponge.
