The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

DH was just telling me about the new golf carts that were delivered yesterday. They were late being delivered because 2 of them fell off the truck in transit. And today someone rolled one into a water hazard and he's having to get it pulled out.

Looks to me like those golf carts may have some sort of Halloween hex on them.
I hope they didn't fall as they were going down the highway.

It's the price I pay for still being alive after ovarian cancer. Although I swear, I will be able to self cremate when I pass, because the hot flashes will continue into infinity, and beyond.
I shouldn't laugh, I've been dealing with them for 3 years, I can imagine how much fun you're having 😖

I’m going to say it…what an idiot! :lau

Thankfully they have lessened over the years. They started out every half an hour around the clock and lasted 10-15 minutes. Now it's depends on the temperature outside, and in the house. I get them every couple of hours and they last about a minute or two. Just enough time to complain and find a fan. Thankfully my husband doesn't mind a cooler house. Not that he has a choice. They also can trigger nausea and nerve pain. I'm still here. That's what I try to focus on. :)

Funny thing when I asked my oncologist about them ever stopping his first answer was a year or two, the next time he said 5 years, the third time he said 10 years, and than added possibly never. I guess he wanted to work his way up to that answer.

For some reason, I suspect a lot of guessing going on with the oncologist's answers.
