I stopped with one cup of coffee this morning. I need to detox after all that I drank yesterday. I don't know how some people I know always have a cup in their hands all day long. They are true chain drinkers.

I start to have troubles this time of year falling asleep. Not sure why. I've been known to watch tv almost all night. Not fun.

Our inside temp is 66° so a hot house is not a problem. My bear genes must be malfunctioning.
