She was OK all day after the incident and the big test was last night. I kind of only half slept, with one ear on the coop and no noises overnight. Hubby went out to check this morning, because I am a sook and they all greeted him with “where’s breakfast”

Hubby’s pre employment health check is this morning .. hopefully just this last hurdle and then some good news

  - Dusty is one lucky chicken that you heard the problem and reacted so quickly.  It sounds to me that the problem was an inhaled or aspiration problem trying to block the airway and your attention helped clear it.

 - is Opie going for the "unmentionable" surgery :oops:  ?

Hi Sunflour! Opie and Spuds both go in the end of March for the unmentionable. At least getting it done at the same time they can sympathize with each other

Good morning!

Another windy day here already, but no snow or rain expected.

I'm going to try to get DH out of the house for a bit today, I think some sunshine and fresh air would do him good. Might be a good day to take a drive down to the golf course.

Anyone have special plans for the weekend?
