Thanks Debby! I’m glad you put that page together as I have used itTwo of the ones I've made were very good...there was a New York cheesecake (wonderful) and a chocolate cheesecake (very good but almost too rich). The recipes for both are in the Home Baker's thread.
Best of luck to you, let us know how they turn out for you!

Sometimes they sing "I'm THINKING about laying an egg!". At least mine do, stupid chickens.Today all my flock sang the egg song....bunch of fakers - not a single egg![]()
Morning all
@Teila great deal on the clothes!
@KDOGG331 good luck getting the mites cleared up. Just talking about it makes me itch.
@DigMyChicks what are you going to do with all that lefse?
@sunflour I would guess all that singing means they're all getting closer to eggs? Sort of like tuning up.
Another cold, windy day here but I'm not going anywhere so that's ok.
Hope you all have a good one!
You know, we can hear a rooster - I don't know how far away he is but I can only hear him on a very quiet day outdoors....for sure my gals can hear better than I and are responding to him??....but I think they are just teasing me
Gee that's what my hair looks like when it dries on it's own![]()
Than WY would not be a good place for you Sour! It kicks up every day here, it just varies in intensity. It gets downright scary when it blows the semi's over on the highway. It kind of puzzled me when we first moved here to say things like "don't say the w word"...people around here have a healthy respect for the "w".
I've been thru Laramie and Cheyenne a few times driving a big truck and it certainly gets to rocking up that way....it is unusual for there not to be a 15-20mph sustained wind....most of the time it is like 25-35mph and gusty. I was blown over one time in South Dakota by a 90mph gust in a 75mph sustained wind....they don't get to see the gently falling snow....it is always blowing sideways....![]()
