The desserts are also delicious.

But I have been eating way too much sugar lately. Not even just from holiday desserts but just in general too. For example I bought a giant thing of puddings from BJs which I probably shouldn't have done but now I've been eating a million of them everyday and I also bought a cannoli yesterday. And of course cookies etc. Oh and the birthday cake.

when I was a very young child... my mom would hide pennies. You had to clean to find the pennies.

Probably have to hide $10 bills now.

With the historic license plates it can be driven 1000 miles per year and no longer has to undergo safety inspections. It can be driven to shows, used for education and personal use.

Um, aren't MOST cars driven for personal use? So they are "rewarding" people for driving older cars that use more gas, possibly pollute more since there are no inspections. Not sure I'm happy with that.

And @ronott1 do you still have that white sauce recipe and/or a good, fairly plain mac & cheese?

I'm going to give it a try right now!

That rooster/chicken was actually a present from my wife for me since I'm the chicken crazy one in the family.
