Whoo hoo! I got to look up an Australian word Not that I couldn't have guessed.

However if you just put "doona" in Google (here anyway) you get ads for a brand of car seat/stroller. I was REAL sure that isn't what you were going to snuggle under.

I agree, Yum!! I have a big roast and baked potatoes in the oven and I’ll do carrots in the rice cooker.

Day off here for Presidents day. We went go a new Giro place for lunch. I had a lamb Schurama and it was great!

Mocha chocolate chip cookies are out of the oven and Ham and Broccoli Quiche for dinner

Real shwarma is chicken stacked on a spit, tied and put into a brine in a 5' ball then buried in the desert for 4-5 weeks and then roasted like a gyro. Served up on a pita with mayo, fries, pickles and chicken. you haven't had a real one if you haven't experienced food poisoning.

Real shwarma is chicken stacked on a spit, tied and put into a brine in a 5' ball then buried in the desert for 4-5 weeks and then roasted like a gyro. Served up on a pita with mayo, fries, pickles and chicken. you haven't had a real one if you haven't experienced food poisoning.

This one has lamb and had all of that but the curing in the desert...It was tasty!

One of my most interesting experiences (NOT!) wearing a 3 piece suit and sitting in the 125* sand and eating goat an rice with my fingers... then drinking "coffee" from a thimble that I'm convinced had a narcotic in it.
