Whoo hoo! I got to look up an Australian word :D Not that I couldn't have guessed.

However if you just put "doona" in Google (here anyway) you get ads for a brand of car seat/stroller. I was REAL sure that isn't what you were going to snuggle under.

I agree, Yum!! I have a big roast and baked potatoes in the oven and I’ll do carrots in the rice cooker.

Real shwarma is chicken stacked on a spit, tied and put into a brine in a 5' ball then buried in the desert for 4-5 weeks and then roasted like a gyro. Served up on a pita with mayo, fries, pickles and chicken. you haven't had a real one if you haven't experienced food poisoning.

This one has lamb and had all of that but the curing in the desert...It was tasty!
