Thank you Jae, I just went over and voted for my favorite ice cream flavor/brand and gave reasons why. Alaskan would vote too if he gets a link. I don't know how to do that tech stuff.

It's easy DD, you just type an @ then start typing the person's screen name. The options will pop up and you click on the right one. Of course if you type it all out it is easy to "choose" But you DO need to click on the pop up name, not just type it all out.

So for @Alaskan to get the link Jae posted ... well, there will be an alert for him/her because of the beginning of this line.

Woke up to snow on the ground but won't complain, we need more moisture.

So Debby...Rock Springs is, um, interesting, huh? The ranch Ken grew up on is about 80 miles north of there, just outside of Pinedale. We used to drive either down to Rock Springs or up to Jackson for ranch supplies. Yes, once upon a time Jackson was a place just to stock up.....before it was “discovered” by the jet set and became a huge tourist tra.....er.....attraction.

Yeah, interesting I saw signs for Pinedale, that's fun to know it's where Ken grew up.

I haven't been to Jackson for ages, it must have changed a lot over the years. Kind of too bad, but I suppose that's some sort of progress? Sometimes I don't like 'progress'.

Did you get as much snow as normal up your way B? We didn't, everyone's getting kind of concerned about how dry it is here.

No, we didn't get a lot either. Problem with the snow here is that it hasn't been like "winter"...you know, snow a day or so, then sunny days, lather, rinse, repeat. We go for weeks with hardly anything, it warms up, and then we get nailed again.

Sounds like here. No visible snow for 3 weeks, then 1.6 weeks ago got about 18" over a few days. Had to blow the parking area twice on Thursday and again on Friday. The alpacas and chickens are not impressed with this change.

Supposed to be above freezing today and again tomorrow, staying there until really early Sat morning. Could see some rain Wednesday BUT if it cools off even a little, it will be snow.
