Yup I'm the one with Tomatillos, they're about 2' tall and flowering at the top of the plants.
the blooms, are they yellow and do they hang down? what i have are really different, don't look like a pepper bloom at all, bigger for one thing and yellow and where the blooms were are now little lantern looking things. guess its just wait and see, it taken since last fall to get to this stage, and not only that but the plant put off two plants that i thought were more seeds coming up but when i went to transplant, turns out they came off the roots of the first plant. like i said, different:confused:

pretty peppers, that's one i haven't tried yet, seems to me that i read somewhere that they're like the habanero pepper, which i don't care for, like the heat but the pepper isn't good tasting to me

One of these days I'm gonna try pequin peppers. Love the flavor and the heat is huge, but I have a chili sauce recipe that requires them. For a lot of reasons, I make mild chili, but a teaspoon of the chili sauce goes a long way (hmmm I use a tablespoon). My son calls it napalm... But it's packed with flavor and matches the seasoning of chili. Don't recommend tasting it by itself though...

ETA: Last guy who did got blisters in his mouth...

I like the flavor from habanero peppers. Serranos are our favorite though
