We are not good currently. I am not going out without a mask

I use to work for the State, air quality specialist. That air quality sucks. Good thing your wearing a mask, PM 2.5 can get really deep into your lungs...not to mention all the other chemicals that are in the smoke. We use to get smoke coming from Mexico, usually every spring. Sometimes it was so bad/thick, visibility was 1/10 of a mile. Y'all need a good Pacific low to come through and drop some rain on the whole state...not enough to cause mudslides, though.

thank you sean appreciate it
hes going to the heart specialist this coming monday for test i guess
so how did therapy go, were you able to do what they wanted you too? i guess soreness is to be expected:(
Yep, I complained to them that the last time I was in alot of pain...so they took it a little easier on me this time around. I expect to be in some pain but it's almost ridiculous the amount and it's not even where one would think it would be...my knee is the trouble spot and it kinda has me worried, evidently the lack of exercise has made the tendons stop working as they should, hopefully the exercises will make them return to normal but the prognosis isn't very encouraging. Plus, my gluteus maximus on the right side is not responding as they had hoped and is also contributing to the knee tendons to reacting or not reacting the way they should.

Glad you spoke up Sean, they wouldn't know if you didn't tell them.

Hey I dun good today. Grocery store had Baskin Robbins for 99 cents a pint............ I picked up my favorite flavor, gazed at it lovingly, even smelled the carton- darn couldn't smell a thing. Then put in back and walked away. I must be a woman of steely resolve!!

Had thought about saving some for my son who will be coming soon. BUT, it's not my first rodeo so I woman-ed up

He well remembers when I snatched the tiny snickers bar from his Lunchable before he got to see it. I told him stuff goes on a conveyor belt and it probably fell off. He said YOU ATE IT!.*

* He didn't even like candy bars.
