Maybe by then he will have gotten over the "gooey factor". What are the kids making for Christmas? He can practice on that.

Not just the fat, dd but the skin as well....what, you think I don't know that? He only got 2 pieces the size of a nickel with out fat or skin.Turkey fat is supposed to be really bad for dogs Sean. Please don't give George too much.
When I had the kennel, they all got a little bit of turkey BUT, 'the love of my life' dog, got the biggest pieces. He only made it to 11, congestive heart / kidney failure. Plus any special treats I gave out American Cheese, hard boiled eggs, etc. he always got the lions share. Figure I probably hastened his demise.![]()

They are already planning the menu. I voted for pizza. Three days ago they’d have jumped on it. But now? Oh, heck no!! Now they fancy themselves as mini- gourmets, talking appetizers and <gasp> China and crystal. Hey, guys, when I grew up our idea of a formal dinner was when all the jelly jars matched!!
We sure did. Jenny wanted to do the old go-around-the-table-and everyone-tell-what-their-thankful-for thing. That was a little hard because, since there’s not enough room in this postage stamp kitchen, Kenny and Ken were in the living room with TV trays.
