And spring is a great time to sell.

Exactly! Agreed. Seems they are mixing poodle with everything these days. :/

And if you want a less drooly or less shedding St Bernard then you probably shouldn't have one lol although Leonbergers have drier mouths than saints, newfies, etc. And don't really drool but still similar size, coat, snd nice temperament, so I suppose if one had to, that would probably be the best option, but this whole doodle thing is ridiculous.

That said, I did find out about bernedoodles (bernese mountain dog/poodle) last year and I will say they are cute but I wouldn't buy one

On our way home after completing Lodge visitation number 32! Hard to fathom that we’ve visited so many in just Sept, Oct, and November! Next month we only have Sheridan on the 5th and Newcastle on the 6th for overnighters. The 11th we have Riverton, which I’ll go on, then Basin the 12 and Thermopolis the 13. I won’t go on those, they’re pretty local so he’ll do the meetings then come home each night. That’s 37 out of 42 done!!

Love the “good morning” routine. Can I be John-boy?

WTG on the visits B :highfive:

Being John Boy would be better than being Mary Ellen!

Morning everyone :frow

Not much left of November, hard to believe Saturday is December 1.

We'll be putting up the Christmas tree on Saturday. Feels like we just put it away! I love putting it up with the kids. We've been listening to Christmas carols already, and watching Home Alone (DS has discovered how much fun that movie is).

What gets me is the crazy mixes like a Chihuahua crossed with a Jack Russell or Miniature Pinscher. Why would you mix 2 highly strung breeds that require knowledgeable owners to get the best out of them, then sell them to clueless individuals who live on pocket hanky sections or in an apartment (and who, no doubt, work full time)? Then you see them carrying around their nutty mutt at the petshop telling them "if you don't stop barking I'll put you in the car". :lau Poor dogs.

Glad your DS has discovered Home Alone! That's a good one, especially the 1st one. The second one is pretty good too but avoid the third one. We bought it from the $5 bin and felt that was a waste (different actors and not funny at all).

We have a lot of Christmas movies and enjoy them every year!

Exactly! Sadly most small dogs don't get to be dogs
