i did for about six months, to my the hair get stronger, didn't help , course my nails were already as hard as metal nailsso i read about collagen, been on it about eight months now, that has helped with the hair, i have long hair now and its kept it from spitting as much

The biotin would help with the metabolism of the collagen. They would work together

I like El Niño years. That means the chances of -40 temps are slim. Last year at this time it was -42. Right now it's -14!

my momma also chewed her nails and always said, if she could reach her toes she probably would chew them off too
my ex sil told me when i was about eight that if i would quit bitting my nails, she would give me a quarter for every one i didn't bite, had to do it for a least a month to get the quarters,well, i quit but she still owes me the money, i like the looks of long nails plus they come in handy for tools at times

My mom made me put this stop bite liquid on my nails. Problem was, the taste carried over to my utensils, therefore my food. Sandwiches were really nasty.

There are a few big piles of snow left over in parking lots here. Hard to believe as it only freezes erratically at night and usually makes it up to 50 in the daytime.
