Worked out again this morning and now going for a walk. Just had a nice breakfast/lunch/brunch? With a 3 egg omelette (1 my own, 2 store eggs) with American cheese and spinach, 1 slice of sourdough toast, a little bit of 2% cottage cheese, and a glass of orange juice. And of course water. And I had some mango earlier. Not mango juice, just fresh mango.
