The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Worked out again this morning and now going for a walk. Just had a nice breakfast/lunch/brunch? With a 3 egg omelette (1 my own, 2 store eggs) with American cheese and spinach, 1 slice of sourdough toast, a little bit of 2% cottage cheese, and a glass of orange juice. And of course water. And I had some mango earlier. Not mango juice, just fresh mango.
 
I am working on reducing the flab LOL
Flab-- or fat-- reduces everywhere in proportion. Working on eating healthy and getting consistent exercise will do the trick over time

Yeah, I’m trying to eat healthier and exercise. So far so good. The first part of the year, really not so much and ate like crap all week, but then yesterday and today I worked out for like half an hour and today I ate healthy (didn’t yesterday) and now I am going on a walk so I am getting there.

It does! It surprises me that stuff like that shows up as active minutes on my fitness tracker
