We’re supposed to hit mid 30’s on Saturday.

Hubby has ours going. I’m still cold and covered with a blanket.

My lunch today was half a can of drained tuna & I dumped some canned corn on top. With Kerry Gold drizzled over it. Except I can't get the unsalted here. Sounds but, no ice cream to be found.

I love lamb chops, hard to get people to try it.. I guess they associate it with mutton.

Me too, I'll happily take any others don't want. My step-father wasn't a fan of lamb, or even the smell of it cooking. Guess he had more than his fill of mutton in the 101st Airborne in WWII.

Yeah,mutton is an acquired taste, not even the same as broiled lamb chops or shank. In NM lot of mutton stew, even in the truck stop cafes.

I don't get the 'lamb and mint jelly' bit. Can anyone explain it to me ? I love lamb - even mutton. Mint jelly - not so much. Sadly the Princess does not like lamb so I never cook it for us.
