In Texas, if you introduce yourself as husband and wife then you are 'considered' by law to be married. Even if your not , it's not considered 'common law marriage', either. Yeah, it sucks but that's the law for ya. Attorneys really messed things up! So who in their right mind would introduce themselves that way! :idunno unless they were?

So no license, no fees,no justice of the peace? So if you want a divorce you just say your not married anymore? WTF?

I don’t really get it either but my dad likes it that way. I have never tried it but seems mint jelly would be a weird taste.

Oh sorry, I have never actually had it, that’s just the only way of eating/cooking lamb I know of. Sure there are many more lol

Nope, that's the sad part of that....you will have to divide everything up, if one of them files for divorce, yeah, not married legally but if your say you are married by introducing yourselves as such, the law interpreted it as being married.

I was told this by a divorce attorney. So I guess she knows what she was talking about.
 
Speaking of food, I only just now finished dinner, maybe 20 mins ago :lau :oops: finally started making it a few minutes after 11 cause I was too lazy to all night plus I couldn’t decide what to eat :lau :oops: settled on grilled cheese cause it’s easy and fast lol added a little bit of ham to it. Little glass of prune juice after so I don’t get pain or anything cause I put way too much cheese on my grilled cheeses and a half a lemon square for dessert. Already had a whole one earlier. Now super stuffed and full. Going to watch TV since I can’t go to bed right away after eating such a huge meal and I’ve been meaning to watch my show anyway, haven’t had time. Oh and I might watch my friend’s family’s dogs next weekend.

Also the temperature is dropping rapidly here. It was I believe 33, 35 degrees Fahrenheit today but now is 10 degrees. Might even be 8 now. I have been watching it steadily decline over the last few hours. 33 to 25 to like 17, 15, 13, 12, 11, 10, etc. COLD. And incredibly windy out there too. It may get to 6 tonight.
 
Apparently tonight is supposed to get down to 6 degrees and I just looked up the wind chill values and it says -8, could get as low as -11. Tomorrow is supposed to be cold too and I think Friday and then it’s in the high 40s next week, even 54 Tuesday lol, can’t wait for that! Wish we could skip this polar vortex stuff lol granted, I am nowhere near as cold as the Midwest with the -50 windchill but still
