Good morning All.... Its still morning here for about 45 minutes.

I am with sour my eyes are itching.... but its because its so dry and the air is full of pollen....

Debby those are just recipes I want to try. The ones from Not Your Mommas canning Cookbook can be scaled down a bit... plus she occasionally uses these cool looking Weck Jars. I want to give the small waterbath recipes a try with Weck Jars.

Weck Jars are glass with glass lids and rubber reuseable rings..... common in Europe

Weck jars come in all sizes and shapes but they are a bit pricy so I will only do things that can be water bathed and Consumable by me only.

Not all the sizes... but those Metal clips are to keep the lids on while they are processing They can be used again after the jar is open to keep it sealed in the refrigerator.... But they also have snap on lids for that purpose as well

Sorry I will go on and on till I get experience with it... I am Beginning to Sort out my Jewelry supplies for moving to the house. I finally located Book Boxes for packing... YOu cant fill them so heavy I cant lift them.

Found a new online Artist I am watching her videos... and taking notes... Mentally

I need to see the Eye doc again. My eyesight is getting pretty terrible. If I am going to Do jewelry again I am going to need glasses specifically for that. As well as a new prescription for online.

Still Have decent distance vision so thats good.
