first thing at the house I need my driveway graded I been away for about twelve years now. Then I will hire a moving company to do the move.

House is in rough shape its been empty now for ten years. so it needs work. I am comfortable with contracting on my own.. After the move in I have to have a new breaker box more modern plus the living room and kitchen have to be rewired.

After that I am off and running.

Oh and I just thought of this... When the movers come I will have them move my 110 gallon fish tank in the house. It weighs over three hundred pounds and the best I could do is park it in the carport... If I want to raise Tilapia I have to start inside the house.

I didn't realize you had been away that long. Sounds like lots of details to work out, but won't it be nice to be back home again. With all the work you have planned to do, it will be practically new again :)

I don't think anyone expected Deb's grandmother to live to 103(??) when she moved in to help. Very loving act.
