The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

morning sean:frowhow's the bone, leg?
I really don't know how to answer that, Sharron. I don't know if it's scar tissue, minute bone fracture or if metalosis is setting in? or if arthritis is taking hold?:idunno I've been in pain quite a bit lately... I wasn't for several months. Maybe it's just being "worked" too hard...I've been having severe muscle cramps deep down in the thigh muscle area...bad enough to wake me up from a sound sleep. So just don't know what's going on...

Nope though the metal tape is what the guys used here. And Click and Clack the Tappet Brothers (Car Talk) did a non scientific study using various types of tape on ducts. Cloth duct tape fared quite poorly and was the only one they tried that one would usually expect to work on ducts.

:thumbsup

Or DN - Dear Nancy!

So true, and with selective (or poor) memory, you can do it again and again and again.

Any chicken can fly over a hotwire meant for pigs. Most can fly to the top of a 4' fence with relative ease.
The question is will the chickens attempt to fly over the fence. It depends how badly they want in the woods. It might work ? I could even lure them in with food. :) if I decide to use regular fencing I wonder if I could have the hole size of the fence just big enough so the chickens can squeeze thru but the pigs and goats can't.

Maybe it's time to chat with the doctor?
