The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Looks like I'm the last one to the party this morning so one BIG good morning to you all!

Sean, the WY gov has declared a state of emergency here as well. For at least the next 2 weeks, public places are to be closed. From what I read, by declaring a "state of emergency" that allows small businesses to get some sort of financial relief to keep their heads above water.

Well ..Dr called me concerning my husband and the test for his prostate. Long story short, he asked if we thought it would be best for him to go through surgery if he has cancer. He explained how slow this cancer is. How hard it would be on him with his Alzheimer's. I had never thought about it. Boy, did I start reading. Sure enough, it's slow. And yes, I know it would be hard on Scot. I did talk with him. He understood, I had to explain it a couple of times, but he says...no..no surgery. I like having him just the way he is right now..for a while longer. Going through what he would have to would have him declining even faster. So, no surgery.

Cynthia, I'm glad your husband could help with making the decision to have or not have the surgery. Been thinking of you, glad you dropped in to let us know how things are. :hugs

Good morning everyone! :frow
I've had a busy couple of days, delivering eggs and doing some shopping for some friends and neighbors who are afraid to go out. I'll probably be doing a bit more today. It's nice to be able to help folks when they're so worried about everything. :)

Glad you're able to help out Chrissy!
