Monday morning lightning caused several small fires in the Foothills across the valley from us. It has merged into one big fire called the lightning complex fire.

Vacaville has evacuations and we have smoke and ash

I have a full day in town today, plus an hour driving there & back. I'll have some time while I'm waiting for my oil change to check in!

The fire is not close to us but I will be watching for alerts!

The biggest problem is breathing in the smoke and the contaminants that come with it. If houses start burning, the smoke will have a lot more toxins in it
