It looks swollen
It is and has been for most of the time since my surgery. It's so much better than it was at first, I didn't have any knuckles. I wear a compression glove at night with that pink thing on my scar.

It's a very dark morning here (we are due to get some rain soon) so not great for photos but here's my latest batch of buns. DS has been impatiently waiting for them to be cool enough to eat.

We have had a lot of fog here and it's bitter cold. 
They might be a bit stale by the time they got to you (I'm in New Zealand).
DH got up nose twitching, scanning for buns.
I'm no bread maker so they aren't hard to make.
