Hi DD - that's sound advice - maybe i should invest in a hard hat and a bullet proof vest? As for guns - I managed to smack my foot with a slasher yesterday so if i had a gun I'd sure be the first (and only) fatality!

Chris, I think you better leave those monkeys alone. They don't sound like good neighbors.

Anyone want a bagel? Apparently, it's National Bagel Day. And if bagels aren't your thing, it's also National Pizza Day. There...breakfast and lunch covered.

Good morning Debby! (post siesta afternoon here),

Yeah, me and the monkeys - bad relationship i reckon.

Bagel day eh? I can take or leave those, but i did have some leftover pizza for lunch, so at least I (unwittingly) joined in on the fun!

Don't feel bad about the monkeys, some things just aren't meant to be.

Nothing much better for breakfast than leftover, cold pizza! Or warmed over pizza for lunch. Or hot out of the oven pizza for dinner. Ok, pizza is pretty good anytime.
 
Hi Ya'll,

I know those with real snow won't appreciate this but we had snow flurries in Macon, GA today! Nothing sticking but fun to see it falling.
 
Gosh, sunflour! We were up to 60 degrees today, very little wind, and tomorrow is supposed to be even warmer! No flurries here - well, except for a flurry of activity in and around the coop and run while we took advantage of this great day to do a little work out there!

Unbelievable, our high was short of 35, windy, cloudy. They had only forecasted some flurries for around lunch, but we kept seeing light flurries for hours.


Funny, but the only real snow around here came without prediction Feb 1973 and only middle GA got it - 13-15 inches fell in a few hours. It was fun at that age, but really don't want to see that happen here again
