We may have gotten lucky about the dog situation.

Had to go to the hardware store to pick up a couple of things and our favorite clerk told us one of their employees does doggy rescues and adoptions. We talked to her and if she has room, she'll take our found guy. There was an adoption going on today so she doesn't know how much room she has. Got my fingers crossed, apparently she has a higher adoption rate than the local humane shelter.

That's good to know, too many pit bulls and not enough homes, I wish people would stop breeding so many than not caring about them.

We are sitting in the house play the video game, Farscape 3, too cold outside for much else. My husband and I take turns.

Most of the dogs at the county shelter are pits. DH just heard from one of the neighbors a friend of theirs saw this poor guy running after a rental truck that was pulling a trailer on Friday. So, apparently, he was purposely left behind.

OHLD, so who is the champ Farscape 3 player in your house...you or DH?
 
My husband is better at stealth kills, I like coming in with my guns a blazing, standing in the middle of the road yelling obscenities while getting shot up, so I guess he's better, but I have more fun.
