Amen to that last about placing himself at risk again. That's what got me so mad at him. Kind of funny, he's banged up and sore and others keep acting all awed by what he did and all I can do is call him an idiot. Idiot. So not worth it.

If any of you find yourself in a similar position (which I sincerely hope you do not), don't take risks. It's always better to be able to go home to your family no matter what you lose.

We live in a high crime region - daily reports of theft and shootings. Last week a store robber shot and killed the worker just for fun :( Another in the past gave the robbers money, his car keys and car and they still killed him :(

OMG...DH interrupted a burglary at the course this morning. There was a physical altercation, they shot at him (missing him thank God), he pursued them in our car. Both their vehicle and ours rolled. Both vehicles totaled, at least one robber ran for it, don't know about the other yet. DH is very sore, some minor injuries. Waiting for the sheriffs to finish their investigation before we can go down and access the damage.

Seems like a bad dream. But DH is ok, so thankful for that. Gotta go, ttyl.

:hugs.....WOW....guess your in the real wild west now.....glad he's just a little sore.
I don't want to lecture but I'm not sure he should have chased them....especially if he wasnt armed but since he did I'm glad he's more or less okay.
Deb i miss your frequent post.....hope Wyoming brings you much happiness....despite a few bad guys

Katie loved seeing the Oregon Trail ruts and Register Cliffs. Back on the interstate heading north for home and Kenny and Jenny are heading south for Denver at the same time. Just so happens we'll hit Douglas at about the same time. So we're meeting up for lunch. Haven't told Katie - gonna surprise her. She hasn't seen them or Kendra in almost 2 weeks! Should be fun!
