The way we went to Centennial was over the mountain, at the top it's over 10,000 feet. You're most likely (definitely?) right about the snow, but for now it was fun.


DS's doctorate is in ecology/evolutionary biology (emphasis on reptiles & amphibians). It seems if he had studied something more cute and cuddly like deer or even fish, there would have been more job opportunities. Surely someone cares about snakes and toads

I guess those snake wrangling "church" thingies are interested in snakes. Maybe there's also some toad-licking fanatics out there somewhere
