Baking is my challenge to myself this winter. I really miss doing it (especially the breads) but now have to learn how to adjust for high altitude and my gluten intolerance. Easy to find recipes for one or the other, but not both situations. Guess DH will be my guinea pig, lol. Hope he's up to the task!
I didn't realize you had a gluten intolerance. My sister...who is the Betty Crocker of baking has been trying gluten free recipes for herself. She did a white cupcake that was really good for my sons graduation as I have a couple friends with gluten intolerance. I ate mine without frosting and it was still good
