I don't have Facebook either. I have a friend who joined Facebook just to stalk people, no thanks!! I did just join a cat site like BYC and hope it's as fabulous as our thread here.

Afternoon All

quick visit .. busy, busy, busy!

Instead of my morning post, I changed to the afternoon today because I was outside mowing the lawns as soon as noise restrictions allowed. It got to 93F today and I wanted to get it out of the way before it got too hot. It is 04:30PM and still 88F

Hi Teila - I never had Aussies down as a bunch that were into noise restriction stuff

Reminds me of Switzerland (or maybe selected Cantons) where its illegal hang washing out to dry on a Sunday, or flush the loo after 10pm (if you live in an apartment) although, ironically enough, it seems ok for people to walk their dogs and let 'em poo everywhere - work that one out

It's good and hot here too, but we don't have to deal with any humidity as Nbo is over a mile above sea level, thank goodness!

@Blooie I know it's none of my business, but I must agree with everyone that was a thoughtless thing to say. Just remember that you have a wonderful family and you had a wonderful Christmas, maybe she is jealous and has problems of her own to deal with. Either way I am sorry you were so hurt, personally I would ignore the whole thing. If Lions could talk they would say 'We must roar a few times before eating humans because they taste better without all the crap in them". I hope you have a wonderful New Year
