I swear I will have my own wing at the hospital before long. I'm a stubborn old goat who sometimes doesn't know how to take it easy, but I am slowly learning to be a bit more leisurely, while I still can enjoy it somewhat.

A slight concussion, a minor ankle sprain, some aches and bruises but nothing broken. Got to experience my first CT scan, so there's that first out of the way.

I'm tough, I might crack but I won't break.

I survived the rodeo! Sounded like it was a lot mellower then it usually is. I was sitting in my chair and looked out the door and saw a girl peeing not to far away and I said really?? there's a port a potty right next door. Saw a guy peeing ON a port a potty too saw several kids passed out on the ground in the afternoon. That was hard to see. There was a lot of drunk teenagers...there was a cocaine bust and we saw the guys fish house being taken away by the sheriff...very nice one too. Sounds like the guy got arrested and bailed out and then came back and got kicked out along with his whole group. We did have a good time though. Got a picture of my son and his binoculars checking for cute girls. There was someone there filming for a game show so Colton got talked into that...kinda dumb but Colton's a clown. I've never seen so many campers...must have been 1000 of them.

What a bunch of pigs!! As a person that frequently uses the "facilities," I truly wonder if those jerks are so filthy at home too.

DMC, glad you had a good time. Even with the poor mannered people around you. Ugh and gross! Did you end up soaked with rain?

No rain, but windy and cold...actually got to try out the heat in the camper. There were no trees for protection. I didn't step in any cow pies either but came close several times

OHLD - just wanted to report that my limping girl is heaps better. She's barely limping now and I am so relieved.

We actually have sunshine today - it rained all weekend. But that does mean we are in for a chilly night. Those horrid caterpillars are back eating my kale so I'm hoping for a frost!

Thanks J. I think working today sort of helped limber me up again...I got pretty stiff laying on the couch off & on yesterday.

Is this about the usual time of year for you to get a frost? Your seasons are flipped around from ours, we just starting feeling like summer here.
