Reading all these shopping posts sure makes me sooo Thankful that we don't celebrate the 'Madness" anymore........it does make it difficult to get what ya need and have to have fighting thru the blame crowds and mile long checkouts. It seems to get crazier every single year, too. Yeh, don't miss the "Hoopla" a single bit.....

I don't care for Costco -they have lots more food samples to try but, alot of the stuff is weird and I won't eat it. Also they may have fancier name brand clothing at higher prices (than Sam's club) but I've never liked any of it.

The only thing I've ever bought from Costco was years ago they had a "Lifetime" brand
(plastic, acrylic whatever you call it) raised planting bed that could be used as two separate ones 4 x 4 or one taller one. It also came with a plastic frost cover and a screened cover. Couldn't get either of them to fit on the brackets so never used them. But Otherwise I love it.

Looks as good as the day I brought it home. I was thinking it would make a good brooder with a fitted floor etc. I have since discovered other Lifetime brand stuff that really lasts like picnic tables. I have two of their whatever tables 30" x 18" with 3 height adjustments from the sturdy legs.

Sam's had their Lifetime table for tailgate parties long table with towel paper holder, garbage bag holder and extension rack to hold barbeque platters etc.

I wanted it for my houseplant area but, the heavy metal extension rack doesn't come off and made it too heavy for me to even budge it. Plus my brother said it wouldn't fit in his trunk.

Hmm, that's true. But it's also 40 minutes away and we have sooo many other stores much closer as mentioned. Although it might be worth going to at least once! I'd like to see what it's about ha

Morning all!

All this "shop talk" makes me kind of glad there isn't much of any place around here to do that unless you want Walmart, a farm store or Dollar Tree. If I need something specific I get it online or wait until I can make a trip to my cousin's in Laramie (which is a 3 hour round trip from my house). When there aren't stores around, you can save a lot of money, lol.

What sort of stuff are you up to today? My big project for the day involves figuring out what I want to make with leftover turkey...too many ideas and not enough turkey to make them all, I need to narrow things down.
