I don't see why it would ruin the tub if you clean it afterwards. I kept 2 baby goats in my tub with shavings for a while but i did tape off the drain. I would def. put a collar and leash on him to make him go where you want.

Could be it was attacked and escaped , many reasons. Could have hatched with a bad leg. No telling. Can probably still fly so no catching it.I just saw a turkey limping across the road by an industrial parkI don't suppose there's anything I can do? Since it wasn't stationary and I doubt they'll go looking around the woods for her? And I assume they will say it's nature? Just sucks cause I wish I could help
maybe there is a way to help that I'm just not aware of? I don't want her to starve to death or die a slow death by some predator but I suppose that's nature and the predators have to eat too, not like she's a pet chicken i can protect? Not even sure why I'm even posting this since i kind of answered my own question but i guess I just felt kind of bad for the turkey and was hoping there was something I could do. Also, how would a turkey have injured her leg?

You would be surprised how resilient animals in the wild are. They seem to adapt. One of my wild turkey's always limped, but man could she fly. I saw her out and about for at least three years. I haven't seen her recently, but they know its turkey season, so I won't see them again until after the season is over. I do hear them every morning just the other side of the hedge row.Yeah, you're probably right. It was going slow enough I might have been able to and almost hit it (wasn't really paying attention) but it was on a bad curve so couldn't stop. Plus was trying to get to a store before 5 hah
Anyway, I hope it's okay and maybe it's leg will heal
