The only way I have been able to keep any quail around when I released them, is to keep some in a pen. They come back to the pen to socialize with the "jail birds"
but seriously, that's the only way I have had any luck with them hanging round. Usually a predator will get them before to long.

Always do. Hubby wants a concrete foundation so its going to take a while for me to build. And i need to collect rocks.
