Time to move to Australia for the next 6 months Ron!

A married Faculty couple here did that! They were here for 6 months for Spring and summer and then went to Australia for 6 months, Spring and summer. It was a year without winter or Fall for them!

I don't think I've ever had to call Apple.

I called Apple on Monday. Talked to a very nice Tech in Florida!

A 6 month old macbook Pro is getting a new logic board under Apple Care.

I think you should try shutting down Australia, unplugging it, waiting 5 minutes then plugging back in and restarting. Isn't that what MS help always says to do??

Had to Google Snow Birds. We have 'Snow Birds' in Aus but they are called 'Grey Nomads'
