The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Actually it was 77 in Sheridan when we were leaving there, 48 on top of the mountains, and 81 when we got down. This is why we all head up on the Big Horns in summer! :lau
Same thing happens here when we go from the valley to lake tahoe

Thank You Ron :hugs

A new job, after 18 years, is a little daunting and while I am not getting my hopes up, the thought of actually being able to resign is a little exciting.

And, now the resume has been dusted off and the plunge taken, it won't hurt to keep an eye on vacancies ;)

You're in about the same boat DH was when he got this job. It had been 10+ years since his last golf course management job when this one became available. We talked about it and he threw his resume out there just to see what would happen. Kazam, after 2 or 3 phone interviews, he was offered the job! And here we are about 3 years later.

Best wishes to you Teila, if it's meant to be, it will all work out!

There were puddles in every corner of that tent, and my three siblings and I all were trying to share the same 4 square footage of dryness. It was miserable.
And that is what people should think about when they decide how many chickens they can fit in a coop. How would you like to live that close to others?? ;)

Nice new avatar, not that the other one wasn't nice too :D

Sleeping like you do is why they used to have bells in coffins at the cemetery!
Yeah but she would sleep through them as well!

That's a really good example.

Thank you! Does it look blurry to you? It looks blurry to me.

The bells were connected to a string in the coffin. If the person woke up, they could pull on the string and ring the bell to let people know they were not really dead!
