I am with you on that! I had to deal with sea worms when I worked as a meat clerk. Sushi people will tell you that sushi grade does not have worms....Except that there was an outbreak of them from eating sushi grade pacific salmon last year....Made quite a few sushi eaters sick
 
One of my favorite breakfasts is when DH makes grit bowls...grits topped with egg, sausage or bacon and shredded cheese. YUM!

No one ever cooks as good as those we've loved and lost @sharron :hugs
amen, when my parents got married, momma couldn't even boil water without burning it according to daddy but she sure learned
 
Never had grits. I gather they can range from quite good to :sick
yes, but not hard to learn how to cook them, i mean how hard is it to bring to a boil and kinda cook down, but they do have to have salt to taste while cooking or they are :sick, but everything needs salt for me
