Morning all :frow

One more tournament to do today. This one is a fund raiser for high school athletes from a tiny CO town. Their school budget has been slashed so much there's no money to transport the team kids to games outside their town (which is nothing but a dot on the map so travel is needed most the time). Hope they get a good turn out, I like doing these for a good cause. I'm fixing them up a buffet lunch, pulled pork and brisket sandwiches and potato salad.

Tomorrow, a day off :yesss:

We went over to the farm of the people we get ground beef from at the Farmer's Market this afternoon. They have HUGELY tall tomatoes in their big greenhouse. I bet they are 10' tall in their 18" high raised beds.

what kind are they? i thought my pineapples were tall, but then i'm only 5'4", they get so heavy tho that they pull the tomato cages over, husband has to brace them with wooden stakes

Forgot to relate...the day after the disaster dinner, a man from the company came in to pay and apologize (poor guy, he wasn't even at the dinner). He seemed really embarrassed, so we took mercy on him :p

Only if they stand on 2 feet, wear Hawaiian shirts and drink lots of alcohol!
