morning nfc, thank you but the storm is headed right at our area, they're taking the planes and moving them from hurlburt field air base, and its also headed right where we have our place, cat 3 storm, i'm hoping family and friends will be alright

Yes, my joints hurt and i believe i have a bone spur in my left heel. Plus i am fat. It is awful.

Physical stuff is the pits. Things that didn't used to hurt, hurt. Staying active is good, but the energy level isn't what it used to be. Maybe it's just today and tomorrow will be a different story. Today I just don't wanna be a grown up and do stuff.
