gained muscle... Muscle weighs more than fat... pay attention to your clothes... how they fit.

Felt wierd on my chin and upper lip areas.... but liked the results. since my surgery I finally finished full on Menopause... and boy did my garden grow.... Yep Yep....

been thinking of making one of those masks that the Japanese wear... but Naw... Iwill deal.

sorry didnt answer this. Colonoscopy went well... drug coctail was great... No pain and while normally I would just want to sleep through it they needed me awake... so I got to watch the monitor... Very interesting in a detatched point of vew.

it was Monday morning and I am still feeling residuals from the coctail. Benefit of a very slow metabolism. sigh.
