Yep Kelsey, milk, and other dairy products will cause mucous to form in the sinuses.
It does with me, and ice cream, too! Doesn't cause a headache with me, though.

Yeah, it doesn't always but I can like feel it the instant I eat it or drink it now. Though oddly yogurt isn't as bad and doesn't seem to do it but milk does. Guess I gotta cut milk

But honestly yogurt's always made me feel weird anywau and milk doesn't really have many benefits other foods can't provide better so. Yogurt doesn't do the immediate mucus/headache thing but I feel like... funny... after. Same with some cereals like honey nut cheerios and for some reason peanut butter toast/English muffins. Sandwiches fine though. But it makes my mouth all dry and scratchy and sometimes makes me kinda weak

That's life kdogg. I used the same brand of eye makeup for years and suddenly it made my eye lids swollen and the eyes itched something terrible. I switched to Almay which was supposed to be hypoallergenic. I could wear it maybe an hour or two and then same results. Being 20 ish I thought my life was over . I had really impressive eyes. But, I survived without eye makeup.

I was just looking at the calendar...in about 5 weeks is Thanksgiving Do you do the whole feast thing? For the past couple of years, we've gone to my brother's house but he'll be having surgery around that time, so guess we're going to do our own thing.
