And something happened to my right hand, it hurt when i woke up and then my fingers swelled up.

He lied. Said i bit the tube, ie i did it to myself.

Idk but he must have put a heck of a lot of pressure on there to crush my lip into my teeth hard enough to leave and impression!

I hope this does not come off the wrong way but if you were asleep/under anesthesia, how would you know if he was lying or not? Either way though, it looks like a nasty injury and I hope it heals quickly!
