Waterproof Casual Winter Backless Boots

I don't get it. Why are they waterproof if they don't have a back? Won't your feet get wet if the back part of your foot is uncovered? And what good are they for keeping feet warm in winter?

:idunno This makes no sense to me.

probably for fashion not anything practical. :P though those things are really ugly lol but they're probably for like slipping on to run out and do something. I have a pair of crocs to go check the chickens in and feed, water, get eggs, etc. Slip ons are way easier than having to tie shoes. So those would actually be good for that purpose cause I'd actually be warm and more traction than crocs :lau or to get the mail lol of course they wouldn't work when we get like a foot of snow or more but if you don't get much snow or don't go far I could say how they would be useful.

Thanks! I definitely do! And as much as I love this whole farming/having lots of animals and a huge garden thing, I think I would have a lot of fun in a city. And as long as I was able to take at least one animal, like Luna, or get a dog (I know I wouldn't be able to take Gator :lau ), I think I'd be okay. But I am somewhat conflicted just because I don't really normally like cities because they are so loud and not much green but from what I understand, Pittsburgh seems to be more spread out and less "city like" than other cities and also has a lot of green spaces nearby so I think it'd be fine. Especially if I was also dog walking and outside a lot. I do think that I should at least visit it first though and I plan to do that at some point. But it is supposed to be a great city to live in. The only other question then becomes how long I would want to live there because I don't think I necessarily want it to be forever or a super long term thing (more than a few years) but I'm not really sure. I may end up loving it and decide to stay longer or I may totally hate it and want to leave after the first lease is over. I don't think I'll end up hating it but who knows. Anything is possible. And of course I would have to keep my loyalty to Boston/New England sports a secret if I want to make any friends. :lau
You might be able to get both if you live in the country close to a city.

It seems common to get stuck in a City and not be able to move out to the country due to financial reasons. Then retirement gets some to move out of a City

It is so that water will not ruing the shoe.

It is sore, especially the incision in my hairline. The eyes aren't bad at all. I am sure i will love the results. I am putting cold salt water gauze on my incisions to control swelling. Antibiotic opthalmic ointment on eye lids and eyeballs, regular antibiotic ointment on scalp incision, oral antibiotics and taking pain pills. No heavy lifting until after the recheck on the 25th. Trying to behave.
Yeah, behave yourself, Cap...I didn't, see what happen to me! :lau but seriously, hope your doing great, all things considered and you heal fast. :hugs

That's true and I do think eventually if/when I buy a farm or land, I want to end up relatively close to a city, like only a few hours from one, but I do think living in an actual city could be fun. Certainly makes it easier to go to shows, go out to eat, see friends, etc. But having my own place would be fun too.

And I hope I don't get stuck in one but we'll see aha

Need to get to the post office to overnight another document about the house we're buying. Sheesh, this is starting to add up. Thank goodness most of the paperwork is done online.

You all behave!
Yes, mom!
